This beautiful jewelry box has been restored to its original state and has been lightly sanded, cleaned and refinished with a lovely turquoise-blue chalk paint and gold wax finish. The magnolias are rub on transfers that have been sealed alongside the paint with a satin polycrylic finish. 

This jewelry box has a light grey felting interior and small mirrors inside of the side compartments and front window compartment. 

Some jewelry boxes may have unpainted backs, this is intentional to allow you to still appreciate the original finish if it is in good enough shape to leave unpainted. :)
